The Appennings Events team stepped in to handle everything except catering. From concept to execution, every detail was crafted with love, culture, and style.

Rooted deeply in the Lingayath traditions of Mysore and infused with a gentle modern spirit, their wedding held at Mangalya Sangama Convention Hall, Mysore on 6th & 7th December 2024, was a beautiful union of legacy and love.

What made this journey even more special was that we didn’t just plan their wedding we were part of their love story from the very beginning, capturing their pre-wedding shoot across some of Mysore’s most iconic backdrops.

A Royal Beginning: The Pre-Wedding Experience

Before the rituals began, we had the joy of curating a breathtaking pre-wedding shoot for Shambavi & Pradeep each frame carefully styled, each location thoughtfully chosen.

From the grandeur of Lalitha Mahal Palace to the serene beauty of Varuna backwaters and the golden glow of KRS backwaters, every outfit and setting told a chapter of their story. It was a celebration of their chemistry playful, poised, and full of anticipation for the days to come.

From Doubt to Delight: A Wedding to Remember

When we first met the families, there was a quiet hesitation. A few relatives had their doubts could we truly understand their customs, manage every detail, and bring the couple’s vision to life

We handled every element decor, photography, videography, volaga, hospitality, invitations, return gifts, guest management ensuring the event felt deeply rooted yet elegantly modern.

From last-minute changes to sensitive family expectations, our team stayed calm, responsive, and committed. And in the end, that trust was earned.

Moments That Moved Us All

The bride’s entry with sparkling pyros lighting her path was a vision to behold one that had guests tearing up, phones raised, and hearts full. The emotional exchange between Shambavi and Pradeep during the muhurtham was so raw and real, even our crew paused to take it in.

And perhaps the most touching part of it all? The family’s transformation from doubt to absolute joy. With hugs, smiles, and words like “Everything went well as expected,” we knew our mission was complete.Vinod and Patricia may have had to navigate more than most couples, but in the end, the blending of cultures, love, and celebration came together flawlessly.
