When this lovely couple from Puttaparthi, Andhra Pradesh, reached out to us with just a month to go, we knew we weren’t just planning a wedding we were curating a union of two rich cultures, two graceful families, and one deeply rooted love story. With Sai Sumana bringing the elegance of Kerala traditions and Sai Trisul grounded in vibrant Andhra customs, our task was clear: create a seamless blend that celebrated their uniqueness while honoring their roots.

And the destination? The opulent Southern Star, a 5-star jewel nestled in the heritage heart of Mysore. A venue as timeless and elegant as their love.

A Month of Magic in the Making

From day one, time was our biggest challenge just 30 days to orchestrate a multi-day cultural destination wedding. But at Appennings, we thrive under pressure because we don’t just plan events we live them.

We handled everything decor that merged coastal pastels with traditional Telugu hues, photography and videography that captured both the candid tears and the quiet smiles, handpicked furnishers for guest comfort, and makeup artists who enhanced natural bridal beauty with grace. From the beats of the Dhol to the chants of the purohit, from the Volaga procession to warm hospitality, nothing was too small to perfect.

And of course, invitations, return gifts, and guest management were all seamlessly handled so the couple and their families could simply be present for every moment.

There’s something magical about seeing two traditions intertwine. The Malayali rituals danced beautifully with Telugu customs, and the result was a wedding that was not just seen but felt by every guest.
